1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be made in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or in person.

• Appointment times are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

​

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure subsequent clients are not inconvenienced.

• Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept payment by EFTPOS, credit card, or other approved methods.

• Refunds are not available for completed treatments. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know so we can address your concerns.

4. Eligibility for Treatment

• Injectable treatments are only available to clients aged 18 or older.

• All treatments are subject to a prior consultation and suitability assessment by our practitioner.

• We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.
